Job description

Role description:
Diabolocom’s customers in Italy are satisfied with our services. They mainly originate from contacts we originally had in France.
Now, we want to replicate in Italy our commercial success in France, and are looking for a Sales Executive to accelerate our development and build a long term relationship with our customers.

Key responsibilities are:

  • Define the prospection strategy together with the Sales Development Representative
  • Identify and meet with potential customers, and explain how Diabolocom can help them generate more revenue (-> customer loyalty, customer acquisition)
  • Handle the whole selling process: target appropriate companies and contacts, present our services during face-to-face meetings with your clients, respond to RFQ, conduct client negotiations, close deals
  • Define and follow up KPIs, action plan and process to reach commercial targets
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them, understanding their needs and demonstrating our ability to support demanding customer journeys with state-of-the art customization, industrialization and automation
  • Organise and work closely with the existing teams across Europe

Preferred experience

  • Experience consulting/selling at the “C” level
  • Proven experience in the world of customer experience/relationship is a huge plus (outsourcer, CRM vendor…)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Italian and English is necessary for this position
