founded its own company headquarters in Germany in 2017. Since the branch was founded, 3 stores have already been opened, the network of specialist dealers has been expanded as well as further partnerships with other relevant consumer electronics companies.

We are currently looking for a full time Store Manager in our store at KaDeWe Berlin.

• Lead the team to achieve sales target and KPIs set for store and individuals
• Motivate staff and enhance team morale
• Work closely with all departments: Customer Support, HR, Finance, Operations, and Marketing to ensure corporate guidelines and procedures are adhered to within the team at the store
• Ability to build long-term relationships with customers, prospects and partners
• Be on top of product innovations during training sessions and frequently conduct in-store training sessions with sales associates
• Managing inventory, deliveries, and shipments to customers
• Ensure an impeccable shop experience in line with Devialet standards
• Report traffic information, client typology, efficiency of the commercial pitch and the processes to optimize the staff presence at the store

Our requirements profile includes:

• Dynamic, driven by a desire for enterprise and success, you are looking for a new challenge!
• Minimum of 2 – 4 years work experiences as store manager in luxury retail or relevant industry
• Autonomy, Problem-solving abilities, and entrepreneurial drive are essential
• You have a sense of initiative, you are rigorous and autonomous.
• Leadership qualities with high ambitions
• Strong computer skills
• German and English speaking
