• Client Support & Tuning: Guide customers through tuning steps (objective and subjective), helping them apply Devialet’s audio standards to their products and assessing the subjective quality of products.

• Pre-Sales & Demo Preparation: Analyze client needs, prepare system setups, and support demonstrations with signal processing tools and high-quality tuning.

• Technical Interface: Act as the main technical contact between the client and Devialet’s Paris team, ensuring smooth and accurate communication.

• Project Development: Assist clients during prototyping and sample validation phases; support tuning and acoustic measurements for each milestone.

• Industrialization: Help integrate Devialet methodologies into mass production testing, tuning, and validation processes.

• Cross-disciplinary Collaboration: Understand related disciplines (software, electronics, mechanics) to ensure seamless integration into the client’s product.

Technical Skills

• Understanding audio system specifications for audio systems such as TVs, projectors, automotive, home audio speakers.

• Hands-on tuning experience (TV, automotive, or speakers)

• Know-how in speaker/transducer specification, modeling, and integration

• Familiarity with Dolby/DTS and multichannel audio formats

• Signal processing for audio: good understanding of the audio paths and audio algorithms for all kind of audio products

• Acoustic measurement tools: Audio Precision, Klippel, microphones, lasers

• Basics in Python, Linux/Embedded OS

• Tools: MaxMSP, Adobe Audition

Soft Skills

• Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field

• 5–10 years of experience in audio system engineering, preferably in TV or embedded consumer electronics

• Fluent in English and Chinese

• Strong communication & autonomy

• Comfortable working with international teams

• Passionate about audio, music and sound quality

• Willingness to travel regularly across Asia
