The position

Job description

As a Sales Operations Specialist at Descartes & Mauss, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team to optimize their operations, streamline processes, and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless functioning of our sales processes, providing data analysis and insights, and implementing strategies to enhance overall sales effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement efficient sales processes that align with our overall business objectives.

  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive informed decision-making and improve sales performance.

  • Manage and maintain the sales pipeline, including accurate forecasting, tracking key metrics, and reporting on sales activities and outcomes.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies, pricing models, and incentive programs to maximize revenue generation.

  • Support the sales team by creating and maintaining sales collateral, presentations, and proposals that effectively communicate the value of StraTech and address client needs.

  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across sales systems and platforms.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer success, product, and engineering, to align sales operations with the evolving needs of our clients.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in sales operations to drive continuous improvement.


Preferred experience

  • Masters degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications in sales operations or business analytics are a plus.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a related role within the technology industry.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.

  • Familiarity with strategic market analysis, AI, and SaaS platforms is a plus.

  • Previous experience working in consulting firms is a plus.
