The Team

The Core Startup main role is to enable product & tech teams to efficiently & autonomously build the most reliable & delightful experience by providing high quality platforms, services, components & support, helping teams find the right balance between reliability & innovation. 

Your main mission: drive engineering resources against project goals and deliverables

• Coordinate and coach the initiative teams to move from idea to realization
• Share & update the progress and roadmap of initiatives along with a clear view on the resources
• Handle the Scrum master tasks —> master of technical meetings & rituals
• Apply and improve common methodology across initiatives
• Remove all technical & functional blockers and risks
• Boost the moral and engagement within the initiative team
• Work closely with the Product managers and the Engineering Managers

• Experiences in initiative management (scrum master, project manager…)
• Strong experience in objectives follow up
• Good stakeholders management
• Solid organizational skills
• Good understanding of Product & Tech ways of working (scrum, agile, lean…)
