How about you?

We are looking for a Content Operations Assistant to work within the Content Operations team. The team is made up of music and talk programmers and responsible for the creation and programming of all editorial content worldwide. You will provide support to the daily operations of content creation, programming and analysis and will occasionally assist with podcast creation and editorial duties.

What you will do:

• Subject matter expert on the CMS: Building all new modules and channels locally in the CMS. Managing Jira workflows, ensuring copy, translations and assets are completed on time and on guideline.
• Design workflow manager: Managing the workflow for all editorial design assets locally with our design agency.
• Onboarding and training of content operations interns.
• Reporting Editorial Data : Collating a weekly overview of all editorial data globally. Building and maintaining the dashboards in Data Studio.
• Editorial Analysis: Work closely with the Editorial leadership team to define priority investments and KPI’s. Provide insights, analytical deep dives and visualizations to aid execution of such projects.
• Manual quality checks and reporting of all editorially managed channels worldwide. Providing feedback about design, programming and account organisation.
• Managing the upcoming events calendar to find content and promotion opportunities on platform and through social media.
• Post campaign reporting for seasonal channels and special editorial executions.
• Assisting in the management of playlist pool and channel programming under the supervision of the global content operations team.
• Support for the non-music team including uploading podcasts.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

• First experience in the music or podcast industry or content focused role.
• Broad knowledge of popular talk contents.
• Strong understanding of the digital talk space.
• Ability to quickly learn to use new software.
• Passion for numbers and statistics, proficiency in Excel and powerpoint.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in English (working language).
• Team spirit: Curious, flexible, autonomous, and passionate about music, digital media & data.
