Your area of work:

Our team provides technical and functional support for both trading and clearing participants of Deutsche Boerse’s venues, primarily Xetra and Eurex exchanges.
The job initially involves administrative support of the Client Service section, however, both technical and functional training is provided on the job so that the student is able to support the clients and do basic troubleshooting later on.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Client Service section team in administrative tasks
  • Maintain contact information/Tickets in SAP CRM
  • Support of Deutsche Boerse’s trading and clearing clients
  • Provide immediate assistance in the event of higher priority calls
  • Work in shifts – flexible coverage from 6 am to 6 pm.

 

Your profile:

  • You must be enrolled in an academic program recognized by the state
  • Interest in finance & technology
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS-Office
  • Fluency in English
  • You are able to communicate in German (written and spoken) - min. level B2

 

Contract type: Agreement on Work activities (in Czech: Dohoda o pracovni cinnosti)
Working time/ hours: up to 20 hours per week
