Position : NLP Lead innovation
Reporting to : Managing Director

Responsibilities

As NLP Lead Innovation, you will help Wezen enhancing innovation processes and be in charge of the following challenges:

• You will be NLP oriented in the development of the product
• In charge of the R&D to ransform your intuitions to cutting edge project by leveraging data
• You will initiate and lead innovative projects from ideation to PoC, then create its indrustrialization.
• Coordonate and manage the deployment of your projects with the different teams
• Share innovation mindset within the whole team
• You will be responsible for problem solvin, gathering and analyzing data from feedback users
• Conferences, networking, develop relationships with multiple internal and external actors
• You will lead the Research Tax credit cases (CIR)

Must have

• Master or Bachelor degree in Engineerin, PhD student, SIFRE à vérifier, (thèse)
• 3+ year experience of relevant experience
• Data driven, analytics, etc
• Prototyping any development language (prefence for Java, Python)
• Strong entreprenarial mindset, ability to be autonomous and create opportunities
• Interest in new technologies/innovation and always aware of new trends on the market
• Strong abilities for analysis, requirement gathering, develop strategies and deployement
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
