What you will do:

  • Assist in the ongoing analysis of US federal/state tax compliance.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining the quarterly and annual US income tax provision.
  • Review monthly account reconciliations for various tax liabilities.
  • Assist in responding to tax audit requests.
  • Research US tax laws and regulations as needed.
  • Assist with global expansion and tax related matters.
  • Assist in day-to-day management of tax matters in a fast-growing global company (response to tax notices, tracking, domestic and international tax compliance)

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or tax law is required.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in federal and/or state income tax compliance or planning in public accounting and/or technology industry experience.
  • Ability to research and interpret various tax laws and regulations, including federal, state, and local law.
  • Proficient with various tax compliance software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to analyze and document complex tax issues.
  • Ability to successfully interact and collaborate across the organization.
  • Strong computer skills, proficiency in Excel and NetSuite ERP is a plus.
  • International Tax background is a plus.
