The Junior Marketing Specialist is responsible for co-leading Online and Field marketing activities in UK and Northern Europe, working closely with our Customer Facing team and partners marketing team on marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to create and lead specific highly creative and forwarded thinking campaigns and activities from ideation and planning through to development and execution, whilst working in alignment with marketing counterparts, partnership, and sales teams.
  • Co-develop and support demand generation and multi-channel digital marketing programs to meet revenue goals.
  • Review marketing content and make recommendations for localisation and relevant ABM campaigns.
  • Work closely with our internal customer facing team on co-marketing campaigns, customer stories and other marketing initiatives.
  • Track ROI / KPIs and analyze marketing metrics to improve decision making 
  • Manage allocated budgets for field marketing activities in the UK and Northern Europe. 
  • Identify and implement effective processes and procedures to ensure smooth events and campaigns execution.
  • Create the digital assets and localised messages to support ABM initiatives with research, campaign creation, delivery, and KPI follow-up
  • Define and execute proprietary and third party events and collaborate with our event agency for our annual conference. 
  • Constantly look for content trends to keep up with the market & provide team inspiration.
  • Requirements:

  • 1-3 years marketing experience (B2B software a plus)Competence in project and stakeholder management
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Full autonomy and the ability to multitask
  • Must have creativity and out of the box thinking to to drive innovative project delivery
  • Self-starter who takes initiative; strong sense of ownership and urgency
  • Enjoys working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Project management and organization skills
  • Rigor, common and initiative sense are essential
