Through DSS, we aim to empower people through data and democratize data science.

We are looking for a dynamic EMEA Recruitment coordinator to join us for a 6-months internship. You’ll be an active member of our growth in assisting our recruiters in all recruitment aspects.

After a first period of onboarding, you will:

• Ensure to our candidates a great experience in scheduling interviews with different stakeholders in a timely manner
• Keep our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) up-to-date (data quality, selection of applications, …)
• Participate actively in sourcing talents
• Participate in the development of school relations
• Manage the recruitment of interns
• Collaborate with our talent brand ambassador in events organisation/coordination (school events, meetup, Devoxx,…)
