Dataiku is looking for a Director of GTM (go-to-market) systems to join our Analytics & Business Systems team. The Director of GTM tools will work closely with a team of Business Systems Administrators to manage our existing Salesforce and connected systems deployments. In addition to a strong interest in Salesforce and related technologies, the ideal candidate is naturally curious, has good verbal and written communication skills, a sharp analytical mind, and a positive attitude towards work.

What you’ll do :

  • Lead and strengthen a team of 2 Business Systems Administrators managing a variety of systems : Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Quip), Gainsight, Outreach, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Lusha, OwnBackup, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Own contractual relationship, provisioning policy, central management and administration across all GTM systems to ensure alignment of features, integrations and end-user experience
  • Work with Departments Heads and Ops teams to identify and formulate their business needs. Translate those needs into technical requirements, determine how our systems should be leveraged to meet those requirements and coordinate team effort to optimally build the technical solution with scalability and usability in mind
  • Own the process for intake and prioritization of business systems requests and ensure your team is working on the right projects with the appropriate sense of urgency. Ensure the roadmap is up to date with clarity and prioritization all stakeholders can understand and agree on
  • Own and optimize our business systems development lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy, maintain) to find the right balance between agility and stability
  • Drive the team towards optimal and standardized documentation of business systems that are continually updated and available for reference. Also, drive continuous learning and education about new features releases and updates on technological stack
  • Work with the Analytics team to ensure proper collection and data consistency as well as to ensure data quality, integrity and cleanliness
  • Work with cross-functional IT teams (IT, People Systems, Financial Systems) and third-providers on large projects to ensure configuration, development, integrations and reporting requirements are built optimally
  • Work with our compliance team to make sure our systems and their set-up are compliant with defined regulations
  • Work with the Sales Enablement Team to create and update Salesforce training materials and assist users with best practices to improve and increase their knowledge of SFDC

Who you are :

  • 8+ years or prior experience in GTM Systems (Admin & Operations), with at least 2 years of experience in similar position
  • Extensive experience managing Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Quip). Strong knowledge of systems and tools in the space of Sales Development (Outreach, ZoomInfo, LeanData), Marketing (Hubspot, Cloudingo), Customer Success (Gainsight) or Finance (Netsuite) is a plus
  • Track record of successful large scale transformation projects (ex: implementation of CPQ) and collaboration with different and cross-functional teams
  • Good understanding of data model and interconnectivity between systems allowing to perform upstream and downstream impact analysis from multiple stakeholders’ point of view. All major developments need to be done following a coherent long term architecture vision
  • Deep understanding of the lead to cash flow and its representation in business systems
  • A balanced mix of strategic and practical experience. We’re looking for a thinker and doer at the same time so you shouldn’t be afraid to roll up your sleeves and hit the ground running
  • Excellent leadership, management and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills. Good communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate and present complex situations and concepts. Ability to listen, influence, synthesize and explain at all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to guide a team engaged in cross-functional needs assessment & intake, with a view towards up and downstream impact, from multiple stakeholders’ viewpoint
  • Resourceful mindset towards technologies, willingness to explore and proactivity
  • Experience with SOX and the controls of a public company.
