Our Customer Engagement team supports our clients not only in the implementation of our DataCatalogue 360® solution but also, more broadly, in the definition and modeling of the Data Governance organization.

Your mission will be to:

• Help our customers convert their use cases into a sustainable solution in the DataCatalogue
• Lead solution framing and implementation workshops following by ensuring the transfer of skills to client teams.
• Manage and deliver consulting assignments around governance and data mapping topics.
• Coordination of activities with IT & business teams
• Help in creating deliverables, workshop reports
• Facilitate the technical integrations of the solution into the customer's IT ecosystem. (Connectors, API ...)
• Contribute to pre-sales in support of DataGalaxy sales teams
• Contribute to the optimization of the DataGalaxy methodology and increase the transfer of know-how within the department

Requirements

• A higher education profile, engineer or equivalent, with 3 years’ (or more) experience in the field of data and information management (governance, quality, systems security architecture, etc.).
• You are comfortable in an Agile environment and can position the user at the heart of your approach.
• You are at ease with Data Cataloging tools such as DataGalaxy, Informatica Axon, Collibra, Alation… and are familiar with Data Management concepts such as DAMA.
• You are comfortable with Clouds (Azure, AWS, GCP, Orange) or on premise (Oracle, SQL, etc.) technical environments and understand their modeling.
• You have an affinity for Business Intelligence and its concepts.
• You are fluent in English
