Job description

⭐ About the team: To support our strong growth, we are looking for a Business Ops Manager to join our Business Ops team. The team is currently composed of 1 Sales Ops Manager, 2 CRM Engineers and 2 business Data Analysts.

Our objective is to provide the different departments with all the tools necessary to generate new business and provide them with the insights necessary to accelerate our growth. This position is key to achieving our growth objectives in EMEA, you will have the opportunity to work with all departments (Growth / Sales / CSM / Finance / Marketing) on the following topics.

👉 You will be more specifically in charge :

  1. Process Optimization:
    • Implement and update processes to align with our business needs throughout the prospect and client lifecycle.
    • Continuously evaluate and optimize our technology stack to ensure we have the best tools in place for our go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
  2. Salesforce & tools Management:
    • Enhance the team's productivity by creating and managing Salesforce flows and customizations.
    • Develop and maintain reports, providing insights to support stakeholders in their daily activities.
    • Ensure data integrity and implement best practices for Salesforce usage across the organization.
    • Manage our business tools for EMEA users (Salesforce / Hubspot Marketing / Apollo / Lusha / Aircall…)
  3. Business Operations Strategy:
    • Define and monitor objectives to ensure alignment with our business plan.
    • Manage capacity planning to ensure we have adequate resources to achieve our goals.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with overall business strategy.
    • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
  4. Additional Responsibilities:
    • Oversee the implementation of new tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Manage our internal requests and bring a daily support to our revenue team in EMEA
    • Conduct regular training sessions to ensure team members are proficient with new processes and tools.
    • Collaborate closely with our finance team to manage costs during our growth phase
    • Lead and manage special projects as needed to support business growth and operational excellence.

👤It will be great if you have the following:

Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years experience in a related position as a Business Ops/Revenue Ops or Sales ops in a B2B SaaS company
  • Strong experience in CRM management, particularly with Salesforce and any other CRM tools and integration
  • Experience with business ops tools such as Apollo , Aircall , Outreach, Lusha…
  • Basic knowledge of APEX
  • Experience in capacity planning and resource management.
  • Proven track record in process optimization and project management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
