The position

Job description

Under the responsibility of the Head of Product you will join our growing Product team, working closely with POs and devs and taking part in all stages of the UX/UI process to build the best user experience.

User research
• Deepen our knowledge of users and usages, in France and internationally
• Conduct user interviews, field studies and quantitative studies
• Build user personas
• Evangelize the teams about the needs and constraints of the users

Audit, watch and recommendations
• Audit the product and make improvement proposals for the short and medium term
• Monitor best practices in data representation
• Define ergonomic guidelines and make sure that they are respected
• Build and monitor KPIS related to user experience

Design, prototyping and testing
• Lead design workshops internally and with clients
• Define user journeys with POs
• Create wireframes and prototypes in collaboration with POs and developers
• Come up with attractive concept and design ideas
• Design animated prototypes
• Organize and lead test campaigns (A / B testing, user test, etc.)

Taking part in the graphic design
• Provide advice and recommendations on UI and design
• Take part, when needed, in the graphic design of screens


Preferred experience

• Bac +3 or more from a specialized training in the digital sector
• Good level of English (international teams and clients)
• 3 years minimum of experience in UX / UI design, preferably in B2B
• Experience in UX research and user testing
• Proficiency in prototyping software (Axure or other)
• Proficiency in Sketch, Adobe XD or Figma
• Good understanding of the issues and constraints of front-end development
• Good understanding of trends in web design and front-end technologies
• A previous experience on a data visualization tool would be appreciated
• Notions in agile project management are appreciated
• Willingness to take the initiative, to be autonomous on your subjects
• Ability to work in a team (questioning, humility, culture of challenge and feedback)
