Job Description

We have re-positioned our product here at Dailymotion delivering a premium experience to our users across all devices. Integrated within the Growth Platform you will work on the site’s new functionalities/features with a mobile-first approach directly impacting hundreds of millions of users every day.

And we want to enhance our User Experience quality by improving our testing strategy from product definition to production deployment.

And, it is the perfect mission for a QA Software Engineer:

• Create/Complete our functional tests referential and help teams to enrich it,
• Evangelize testing automation practice into the Tribe by example,
• Support Stakeholder/Product Owner to write Acceptance Test,
• Define/participate to our testing strategy definition,
• Address our bug backlog with the teams,
• Maintain a dashboard of KPI regarding Tribe quality,
• Improve our release process on all our platforms (Web, iOS, Android, and Backend).

Scope: All Growth Platforms

Platform: iOS, Android, Windows, TV, Backend…

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
• 3+ years of QA black box testing experience
• 3+ years of experience in testing automation with tools like Cucumber, Behat, Appium, selenium, …
• You have a good level in JavaScript, Python, or PHP development
• At least 1 year of experience in Web and/or UI testing
• You are an agilist loving working in iterative mode rather than in waterfall
• Excellent communication skills
• Automous

It should be a plus to have a fundamental QA certification like ISTQB, CAST…
