The position

Job description

  • Pre-boarding and on-boarding of apprentices and interns: prepare their arrival in advance with the other departments of the company (recruitment, IT, future team of the employee). Welcome them on their first day and introduce them our HR tools.
  • Manage in autonomy the files of apprentices and interns: manage the relationship with the schools for the implementation and follow-up of the contracts/internship agreements. Ensuring that our OPCO takes charge of them and following up on invoices.
  • Administrative management of the files of the apprentices and interns: declaration of hiring, medical visits (hiring and periodic), mutual insurance and provident fund affiliations, integration into the IT tools, monitoring of trial periods and paid leaves.
  • Creation of new suppliers and follow-up of HR invoices on our NOA tool.
  • Occasional participation in cross-functional HR projects.

Preferred experience

  • Preparing a diploma from HR School or coming from a university with a specialization in HR Management or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in HR within a media or advertising agency is going to be a differential.
  • Your interest in the internet and/or media market and its players would be appreciated.
  • A good English level is mandatory (written and oral).
  • Your interpersonal skills will allow you to interact with a wide variety of contacts.
  • Rigorous, autonomous, voluntary, responsive, curious, you are also aware of the confidential issues of your position.
  • Good writing skills would be appreciated.
