About the role

As a Sales Manager within the Sales France team, you will actively participate in Critizr’s expansion plans via prospecting and sales strategies. You will manage a team of four to five highly trained sales experts to reach ambitious targets. 

You will serve the French (and Benelux territories) with opportunities to develop on an international level on the mid to short-term horizon. You will work out of both Paris and Lille, with at least one day per week spent in Lille + some travels to London.

Location: anywhere as long as you can be at least 4 days in Paris per week with the team, 1 day in Lille + some travels in London

What will your main responsibilities be?

  • Aim to exceed: You will be responsible for defining and leading a commercial strategy designed around converting the maximum number of prospects possible.
  • Value selling: support and actively contribute to the pivotal  shift of the company  towards more strategic value selling sales 
  • Lead by example: You will train, inspire and lead each member of your salesforce, as both a peer and a coach, to achieve their goals and become a dynamic, motivated team.
  • A reliable liaison: You will regularly report to the Head of Sales concerning your team’s overall performance and sales activity. 
  • Proactive outreach: Your favorite contacts at prospective organizations will be C-level executives in relevant domains (digital, marketing, etc.)
  • Who will you be working closely with?

  • The Sales France team, including Olivier Duprez, our Head of Sales, is eager to welcome you aboard and get you started on your Critizr journey. 
  • You will work daily with our marketing and partner teams to ensure we have the best approach to selling our solution. 
  • What skills and background are we looking for?

  • You have business and sales education at a master’s degree level or equivalent experience. 
  • You have successful experience (7 to 10 years) in the commercial development of large accounts, selling SaaS, digital or web solutions.
  • You are at home in the digital arena and have a strong retail network. 
  • You can communicate in English at a professional level. Mastery of any other language is always a plus!
  • A strong management experience is a requisite for this position. 
  • You know how to manage a sales cycle, create value, prospect, negotiate terms and close deals.
  • Your favorite industries include: food service, ready-to-wear, luxury, beauty & wellness, health, sport, entertainment, services, and B2B.
