Critizr provides a SaaS solution that enables retailers and brands to put the customer at the heart of their business, starting from their local teams. Today, thousands of retail professionals use Critizr to understand and engage in conversations with their local customers across all channels. 

Our primary investors, including 83North, have an impressive track record of investment including companies like Airbnb, DropBox, Zendesk, LinkedIn, Mirakl, JustEat, Facebook. We currently employ over 80 people, and our team has been doubling year over year. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

As a member of the Solution Engineer team, you will come to know our product better than anyone. Thanks to your deep knowledge of the platform, you’ll support the Sales, Customer Success and Product Teams to enable communication across these departments and solve complex challenges. 

We will be counting on you to help carry out our vision of strong inter-team communication, leveraging cutting-edge decision-making tools, revamping our internal processes and resolving customer issues in line with the company’s customer-centric vision. 

What will your main responsibilities be?

- Know the Critizr product inside and out. 

- Be the first point of contact between departments and the product team to ensure our engineers can do the best work possible and that all departments understand the work we’re doing.

- Support the Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams in understanding the product, troubleshooting any technical issues and evaluating feature feedback and requests. 

- Collaborate with the product team: You’ll provide valuable feedback to the product team to help them deploy new features and gather customer feedback in order to improve the product roadmap.

- Speak on behalf of the customer: You’ll give insights and consult on the company’s strategic reflection by providing a customer perspective for the company’s strategic plan, product roadmap and go-to-market plan. 

- Be an external point person: You will act as a source of product and technical knowledge for our clients.  

- Design data tools: thanks to your superior analytical skills, you’ll be able to translate data into understandable terms that will support our teams in their mission.

- Process requests: You will be in charge of centralizing non-standard requests, re-formulating problems, elaborating solutions and writing functional specifications.

- Push our APIs: You will be responsible for documenting and being the evangelist for our Critizr APIs.

- Be a beacon of change: We will count on you to help our teams improve their tools and processes.

- Be a SaaS promoter: You will be a major asset for us as a SaaS ambassador, educating all those within your network on the benefits of SaaS and its applications.

DESIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

- You have a bachelor’s degree

- You have at least 2/3 years experience in similar roles 

- You speak English at a high level

- You have a passion for and expertise in SaaS environments

- You are well-immersed in the web/digital culture

- You have high communication skills
