We are looking for a skillful and enthusiastic product documentation professional to join our team, in Paris or London as a Technical Writer (software). Reporting to the Product Marketing Team, this role will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality content for technical and non-technical audiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, you will:
Manage all aspects of the documentation process—from planning to content maintenance
Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to develop content and learning modules that strengthen, internally, and externally, the understanding of how our products function
Write and edit end-user and internal-user content describing our products
Imagine and create learning modules for the readers of the product documentation, with a view to help them strengthen their knowledge
Collaborate with Product Owners and Software Engineers to optimise and maintain internal and external content for usability and accessibility, while maintaining a high bar for quality
Work directly with Product teams and development to produce world-class knowledge base articles that are used by a wide audience (roles, interests, responsibilities)
Initially, the focus will be on non-technical audiencesUse writing expertise and attention to detail to evaluate, uphold, implement, and evangelise documentation standards that reflect the voice of Critizr
DESIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Experience required
6+ years of professional experience in various roles (it doesn’t have to be all in product documentation)
3+ years of experience as a technical writer for software documentation or product documentation manager for a software company
Experience working on product documentation and learning modules for product marketing, end-users, internal teams
Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders to define and manage terminology and content
Experience working with style guides
Experience managing multiple schedules and projects
Experience managing content in a CMS
Skills
Collaboration: as the Technical Writer you will have to work with teams across the organization, especially product owners, sales enablement but also directly with individual contributors in sales, client success and marketing to understand their needs
Excellent communication: you will create documents and other media that describe how our products work to non-technical audiences, in a way that is accessible, engaging and technically correct
Experience working at a SaaS company and working with SaaS solutions
Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required: ideally a qualification in software engineering, product management or content
OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Customer-centric: you have the ability to put yourself in the sales/CS/client’s shoes and apply this empathy to continuously improve the documentation and assets designed to help audiences understand our products

Highly responsive and service-oriented attitude, accustomed to working in an international environment, action-driven
Hands-on project management experience, including the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage deadlines
Collaborative team player combined with the ability to work independently

Fluent in English (fluent in French, in addition, would be a bonus but not required)
