Job description

This is a great opportunity to work in a growing and dynamic start-up company and run our office in Prague 7 - Letná - Expo 58.

We’re looking for an energetic and organized person who excels at tackling new challenges on a daily basis. The environment at Creative Dock is dynamic, fast-paced, and energetic – each day will be different and exciting!

What would be your responsibilities?

  • Every day brings different challenges but we can guarantee you will never be bored with us!

  • Keep our office running smoothly and keep the office clean, organized, stocked, and ready to create great things

  • Managing the reception (Receptionists team)

  • Work with our HR and Marketing team to plan and coordinate activities and events (in-office events, etc.)

  • Manage vendors and contractors: planning for, purchasing, and upkeep of workstations, furniture, and employee supplies

  • Act as primary liaison between the company and office building management (e.g. repairs, building code compliance, etc.)

  • Own space planning, including frequent seating rearrangements etc.

  • Organizing travels, transport, and accommodation

Who you are?

  • You get energy from people and building the ideal work environment

  • You are social, a natural communicator, and have the ability to make people feel comfortable and heard

  • You are highly-organized, structured and detail-oriented nwith the ability to prioritise and work independently

  • You like the startup approach of simply trying things out and iterating on them until you find a good solution

  • You are perhaps currently in a service/administrative position but looking to take the next step of getting more budget responsibility, decision making freedom and autonomy or you already have an experience from similar position

  • You enjoy both hands-on practical tasks (such as making sure we have necessary office supplies, planning and setting up for events, solving practical issues at the the office from printers to teacups, constantly coordinating with several persons) as well as the higher level tasks of running the office (such as working toward the office vision, improving processes and initiatives around creating good culture).

  • Regardless of how big or small the task, you approach it with energy and enthusiasm

  • You keep calm under pressure. When something doesn’t go as planned, you can keep your cool and find a solution

  • Do-whatever-it-takes attitude

  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal in Czech and English language

  • You make infrequent mistakes, but when you do, you recover quickly and find viable solutions
