The intern will join Creadev in Singapore and will be working within a small and hands-on team with direct senior and client exposure, on the following topics:

On direct investments and portfolio management:

• Prepare market studies and screenings to support investment analysis of Creadev or decision-making of portfolio companies

• Perform strategic analyses and due diligence on targeted companies

• Challenge business plans and execute financial modeling

• Write investment memos for internal purposes

• Attend conference calls and in-person meetings with entrepreneurs, other funds, investment bankers, industry experts, etc.

Internship duration

6 months, full time is preferred or at least 3 days per week.

• Final year student from top tier universities with major in Finance, Accounting, or other business-related subjects

• Strong financial knowledge and keen interest for entrepreneurship and venture capital

• Excellence in English (speaking and writing) and any Asian language(s) will be a plus

• Technical proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Knowledge in food industry and previous intern experience with VC/PE is a plus

• Local students or eligible to work in Singapore without sponsorship or restriction

• Available in January 2024
