Jordan started his career at COS in March 2019. Jordan has established himself as a driving force for customer experience in the Cagnes-sur-Mer store.

Since the beginning of 2020, Jordan works with his managers on the excellent delivery of the customer experience in the store.

His passion for fashion and customer relations allows him to fully develop within COS.

Manon joined COS in 2017 as a part-time and then full-time sales advisor. After 2 years Manon has moved to the position of visual merchandiser in Paris.

What she likes about the brand is the idea of being able to constantly develop and work with strong values.

Manon is passionate about her job because it allows to highlight the DNA of the brand. The diversity of responsibilities in this position (both technical and managerial) stimulates her daily.

Fleur started her career at COS in 2014 as a sales advisor at the Rue de Grenelle store in Paris. Fleur then moved on to the position of supervisor at the same store.

Her desires and her professional ambition led her to take on the position of floor manager at the Nice retail outlet (corner Galeries Lafayette), a position she has held since 2015.

What she appreciates most about COS is the importance given to the individual. This is also what she likes most about her job: training and developing her employees.

Marie-Laurence joined COS 10 years ago as a sales advisor. She then held several positions in Paris: floor manager, store manager, area recruiter (maternity leave cover).

Since 2017, Marie-Laurence has been Store Manager at the Nantes store.

What she loves about COS: the values of the group, possibilities to grow in the company and the fact of meeting people who now belong to her life.

What she is passionate about as a store manager: the global vision, supporting employees in their development, being an example to them and being an ambassador for the brand.

After joining COS in 2015 as controller (cash office responsible), Margaux took on the position of floor manager in 2017 at the Rue de Montmartre store in Paris.

Since September 2019, Margaux is store manager of the Rue de Passy store in Paris

Margaux wanted to join COS because of her love for the brand. Teamwork, a taste for challenge, the constant development of others and of herself means she would like to stay at COS for a long time
