Jonathan Cherki has served as CEO since founding Contentsquare in 2012. He has grown Contentsquare exponentially while promoting the importance of UX to optimize the customer journey. He believes knowledge is power, and his mission is to change the way companies work by creating a data-driven culture that is accessible to everyone.

Camille, who first started as a Security Specialist and has grown to be an Information Security Manager, has seen her team quadruple and globalise since her arrival, three years ago. As a go-to person regarding cyber-security topics, her main mission is the safeguarding of data. Three keywords can be used to describe her job at Contentsquare: People, Process and Technology. On top of working with various departments through her official role, she also connects the people of the CSquad by being an active member of the Culture Crew and organising multiple events, from running to dorayaki classes!

“Attract, engage and assess talents to join all teams at Contentsquare," that's the responsibilities of Antoine as an Emerging Talent Acquisition Specialist. After several years working as a Tech recruiter for different countries, he joined as a tech recruiter at Contentsquare, he then transitioned to a role dedicated to connecting talent from universities, schools, trainings, etc. to our team.

Convinced of everyone's potential, Antoine makes sure that every single talent feels welcome to apply to any position, whether it is in R&D, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc. In addition to his role as a recruiter, he also takes time to attend events and give career advice to people exploring career opportunities in tech or new members of the CSquad. Nelly McCarthy has been with Contentsquare since 2018 on the Customer Success Team in the United States and she is based out of the New York City office. She began her career here onboarding new clients on the Contentsquare platform - guiding and training them on how to optimize their use of our tool with her deep understanding of our product capabilities.

Throughout these years she watched her team quadruple in size. In 2023, she transitioned to a Success Manager position where she manages the relationship with a portfolio of enterprise clients providing value and expertise throughout the customer journey.

Liam Breen has served the US Market since July 2020, when he joined the Sales Development Team at Contentsquare. He joined as employee number 700, is based in New York City, and watched the company grow while helping penetrate the US Market. After two years of going through the Sales Development Program, Liam was promoted to Enterprise Account Executive in April 2022.

Coline joined Contentsquare in 2018 as an intern, she evolved into the role of Tech Recruiter, then Team Lead, and is now the Head of Tech Talent Acquisition. She works hand in hand with the Product House by collaborating with the Hiring Managers and the CTO on the recruitment strategy. On top of managing and enabling her team to grow, she is actively involved in tech branding, recruitment efficiency and the improvement of existing processes.

Fjorilda is a Tech Lead Senior Software Engineer, leading the Application Engineering team for the Population and Impact product scope. With a track record of 4 years at Contentsquare, she has tackled diverse technical challenges, including successful migration to micro-frontends, resolving performance issues, and implementing quality automation. Her passion lies in building robust software that delights our customers and offers a seamless user experience.

Arnaud Gouachon is Chief Legal Officer at Contentsquare and a full stack General Counsel with experience in both public companies and VC-backed hypergrowth startups. He has responsibility over the Legal (commercial transactions, corporate & tax, IP, litigation, employment law), Digital Trust (privacy & data ethics) and Security functions. Prior to joining Contentsquare in early 2019, Arnaud was Chief Legal Officer at PeopleDoc and VP Legal at Ultimate Software. Arnaud is a problem-solving partner to the business, focused on turning legal and compliance challenges into business opportunities and revenue accelerators. He is passionate about building globally diverse legal teams. Arnaud and his wife are proud parents of three children and live in New York City. He is also an accomplished marathon runner.

Yanilda Gonzalez is the Head of Global Talent Acquisition Operations at Contentsquare where she currently leads a global team of Sourcers and TA Coordinators and oversees the enablement, programs, processes, policies and tools of the TA function. Previous to Contentsquare, Yanilda worked as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Percolate, another marketing technology company, where she managed the recruiting process for all non-engineering positions. She is a performance-driven talent acquisition leader who is passionate about building teams and scaling companies.

As a Field Marketer, Jess Mosca assists in planning and executing all events for North America, from 3rd party trade shows to smaller owned events in various regions. Jess works alongside our Field Marketing Manager and other teams, such as Sales, CX, and Partners to ensure that every event caters to the business's goals and target audience. She began her journey at Contentsquare as a Marketing intern and was given the opportunity to grow into a full-time role - Jess has continued to grow in her Field Marketing career since she joined in 2021.
