Jonathan Cherki has served as CEO since founding Contentsquare in 2012. He has grown Contentsquare exponentially while promoting the importance of UX to optimize the customer journey. He believes knowledge is power, and his mission is to change the way companies work by creating a data-driven culture that is accessible to everyone.

Jessica is the superstar Executive Assistant to the CEO of Contentsquare, Jonathan Cherki. She makes sure all the puzzle pieces of his day fit together and that everything runs smoothly. From handling travel logistics, to organizing meetings, to making the perfect cappuccino, Jessica handles it all. Before joining the rocketship, Jessica worked at a Family Office/Private Equity firm, and at a French bank. She is excited to be putting her love of pain au chocolat to use!

Derek is the VP of the Strategic Sales business in the East. He is an experienced sales professional who believes in creating an environment where sales reps want to stay and grow. The key to this is driving an excellent culture where people care as much about each other as they do about achieving their goals. As a former entrepreneur, Derek's passion for sales was mainly created out of a necessity to survive. Since that time, he has been in sales and sales leadership for more than 15-years supporting all sizes of companies, from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups.

Tito Javier spent 3.5 years in the Sales Development organization as an entry level SDR, then a senior SDR, and finally an SDR Team Lead supporting Contentsquare's existing business, helping to drive cross sell and upsell opportunities. From working with the marketing team on campaigns, to crafting targeted email messaging, cold calling, trade shows, and helping the SDR organization grow from 6 heads to over 25 heads today, Tito has seen it all with the SDR organization here at Contentsquare. He recently was promoted to Enterprise Account Executive where he looks to use all the knowledge he gained as a SDR manager and individual contributor and apply it to his new role.

Arnaud Gouachon is Chief Legal Officer at Contentsquare and a full stack General Counsel with experience in both public companies and VC-backed hypergrowth startups. He has responsibility over the Legal (commercial transactions, corporate & tax, IP, litigation, employment law), Digital Trust (privacy & data ethics) and Security functions. Prior to joining Contentsquare in early 2019, Arnaud was Chief Legal Officer at PeopleDoc and VP Legal at Ultimate Software. Arnaud is a problem-solving partner to the business, focused on turning legal and compliance challenges into business opportunities and revenue accelerators. He is passionate about building globally diverse legal teams. Arnaud and his wife are proud parents of three children and live in New York City. He is also an accomplished marathon runner.

Yanilda Gonzalez is the Head of Global Talent Acquisition Operations at Contentsquare where she currently leads a global team of Sourcers and TA Coordinators and oversees the enablement, programs, processes, policies and tools of the TA function. Previous to Contentsquare, Yanilda worked as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Percolate, another marketing technology company, where she managed the recruiting process for all non-engineering positions. She is a performance-driven talent acquisition leader who is passionate about building teams and scaling companies.

As Field Marketing Coordinator, Jess Mosca assists in planning and executing all events for North America from 3rd party trade shows to smaller owned events in various regions. Jess works alongside our Field Marketing Manager as well as other teams such as Sales, CX, and Partners to ensure that every event is catering towards the business's goals and target audience. She began her journey at Contentsquare as a Marketing intern and was given the opportunity to grow into a full time role.
