Eleni has been working in Commerzbank since 2017. As a Scrum Master, she ensures that the team follows the processes and practices they agreed upon. Her responsibilities include establishing an effective work environment, maintaining good relationships between the team and product owner as well as others outside the team, and protecting the team from outside interruptions and distractions.
Eleni joined Commerzbank when she was looking for professional growth opportunities, which Commerzbank was able to provide for her. One of the aspects of her job that she enjoys is working with teams that are distributed in multiple locations consisting of 49 nationalities, making her work both more challenging and exciting.

Viktor has been working at Commerzbank for 5 years. He started out in a different department and now is the Technical Product Manager of the Privileged account management team, which he joined two years ago.
He decided to join our company because Commerzbank is the second largest German bank and offers interesting opportunities in Prague. At the time he joined Commerzbank, there was a new initiative starting at the DTC in the field that Viktor was interested in. Viktor likes the evolving nature of our customers and their products and keeping up with all technologies used in the company. This keeps his work challenging and interesting.
