We are looking for a Social Media & Influencer Intern to join our team. You will work closely with our Marketing team & Customer Experience team. We are seeking for a team player who displays a positive, professional attitude at all times who knows the influencer world.
If you are passionate about direct contact with users and want to learn about new marketing and customer loyalty strategies, this offer is for you.
Job description
How will your day to day be at Colvin?
Engage with our online community and respond to comments and requests through our social media channels (Instagram & Facebook).
Develop engaging projects, actions, and campaigns that involve our community
Ensure that the established incidents policy is applied properly and that contact with customers is excellent.
Find German influencers who are a good match with our brand and target audience.
Outreach to influencers sending them exciting and creative collaboration proposals.
Own the communication with new influencers and their point of contact with the brand
Insert orders of flower bouquets for all influencer shipments in Germany.
Preferred experience
What are we looking for?
German native speaker, English is a plus.
You are proactive, willing to learn.
Knowledge of the Influencer landscape in the German market.
Interested in social media and always up with the trends.
Experience in influencer marketing or social media management is a plus.
