The position

Job description

As we grow, we’re looking for an Digital Acquisition Specialist to help build and shape the acquisition function and promote Colonies to new consumer audiences within the Marketing Team.

Main missions:
As part of our strong growth, we are looking for our Digital Acquisition Manager to take charge of the deployment, management and optimization of our acquisition campaigns.
They currently generate the majority of our traffic and represent one of our main levers for acquiring new users.
You will thus have the challenge of increasing our paid and free traffic by setting up and analyzing digital campaigns, as well as optimizing and monitoring our organic traffic.
You will be responsible for:

  • Build our SEO / SEA / SEM strategy
  • Manage our existing acquisition levers: via search engines (SEO, SEA, social ads) and social networks, with the objective of lead generation and conversion.
  • Optimize our campaigns : monitor and analyze campaign performance on a daily basis, test and retest, increase conversion rates.
  • Growth hacking : finding and testing new sources of digital traffic, targeting new audiences, and finally, boosting the volume of leads (affiliation, emailing, display, RTB, retargeting).
  • Manage the acquisition budget : optimize acquisition costs, manage external service providers.
  • Lead the development B2C and B2B of a digital marketing strategy across our web, mobile, app and social platforms
  • Track marketing KPIs with web analytics (as Google Analytics) and drive performance, managing ROI objectives (calculator, dynamic landing, etc.)
  • Work closely to the Experience managers and Operations Teams

Within our marketing team, you will also participate in the overall development of our online visibility, our reputation and the improvement of our user journey. You will benefit from your previous experiences and will be a force of initiative to carry out these strategic challenges for the development of Colonies.

Secondary missions :

  • Optimise the websites for organic search engine positioning
  • Improve the reservation functionality to drive conversion
  • Implement and oversee A/B tests, working closely with the team to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Input into best practice tools and technologies required to improve conversion and performance
  • Optimize conversion rate to provide marketing inputs related to acquisition channels

Preferred experience

Your profile

  • You have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position.
  • You have an excellent knowledge of paid and natural levers and a mastery of the digital ecosystem, as well as campaign analysis and management tools (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Business Manager etc.)
  • You have already managed acquisition budgets.
  • Analytical, you have a strong appetite for numbers, you have a very good knowledge of Excel and you are data and results oriented.
  • An innovative thinker, able to find tech enabled solutions to boost lead generation without using only paid advertising.
  • Organized, rigorous and attentive to detail, you have already piloted several projects at the same time.
  • Creative, you never stand firm and are always on the lookout for new ideas.
  • Optimistic and smiling, you are motivated to learn and surpass yourself.
  • You have an excellent team spirit and want to be part of a fast-growing company developing a concept with high added value.
  • Fluent verbal and written English and French; German a plus.
