As a key element of its growth phase, the Operations have more than ever a role to play in the future of Colonies. To this purpose, we are looking for an Excellence Operations Intern to take actively part in the opening of new houses and support the daily operations management.

WHAT WOULD YOUR MAIN MISSIONS BE? 🎯

✔️ Houses opening:

• Set up equipment
• Welcome new tenants
• Identify issues on site and communicate them to the relevant person (internal or external interlocutor)

✔️ Daily operations:

• Select providers (e.g. cleaning, internet, electricity)
• Give them the appropriate instructions and training
• Implement processes and take part to their continuous improvement

✔️ Administrative tasks:

• Keep the expenditures’ reporting up to date

• You like when every day does not look the same.
• You are resourceful, result-oriented and enjoy working in a challenging environment.
• You have strong organisational skills and you are comfortable dealing with suppliers in the field.
• Curious, multi-skilled and independent, you are ready to take part in an exciting adventure!

OTHER INFORMATION: 📌

• 6-month internship (internship agreement mandatory)
• Fluent in both French and English
• 50% at the office in Paris (10) – 50% in the field (Paris & French regions)

WHY JOINING US? 🤗

We are vertically integrated. Everything is made in-house by a community of 60 doers! We source properties, design co-living spaces, supervise the rehabilitation/construction work, rent the rooms and take care of the daily operations to ensure the most enjoyable experience to our tenants.

We are growing at a fast pace to support the opening of a new house every two weeks. As a matter of fact, the number of rooms will be multiplied by 10 in the 18 coming months.

Does it work? Yes, today all our rooms are rented even before the rehabilitation/construction work is over.
