Your Mission :

• You will manage all our renovation projects in Brussels, from pricing to delivery.

• Your main objectives will be to:

  • Deliver each house on time
  • Monitor and respect the budget (from 400K€ to 4M€ per project)
  • Control the quality throughout the execution and deliver a product up to (and above) Cohabs standards
  • Coordinate the different teams and actors
• You will negotiate the best prices and conditions with general contractors and suppliers. You will challenge the offers and come with creative solutions to meet your budget.

Your Evolution Opportunities (after 6 months) :

• Based on your performance you will have the opportunity to become Head of Project

• Management with the mission to :

  • Support local PM in Brussels, NYC, Paris, Madrid, Luxemburg
  • Built up solid process and tools for the PM department
  • Always challenge our product and make it even more sustainable

• You have 5-10 years of experience in Project Management of Real Estate projects
• You have a technical education (Architect, Civil-Engineer, …)
• People management is your strength and you are a team player.
• You have a sensibility for design and sustainability.
• You are fluent in french & english (Spanish is a plus)
• You are solution-oriented and eager to bring new ideas to challenge our product
