We currently own and manage over 2500 bedrooms (ca. 150 residences) spread across Brussels, Paris, London, Madrid, Luxembourg, Milan, New York, Washington and soon in Marseille.

In order to support our growth, we are looking for a Project Management Intern in Marseille.

Your Mission

• Assist the City Manager and Project Director for renovation projects in Marseille, from pricing to delivery. 

• Your main objectives will be to: 

  • Deliver each house on time while respecting the budget, 

  • Control the quality throughout execution and deliver a product up to (and above) Cohabs standards, 

  • Coordinate between the different teams and stakeholders,

• Coordinate the different internal and external actors involved in the project (Cohabs designers, Cohabs Product departement, engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project,

• Manage the Contractors and Suppliers. Communicate with hands-on construction workers to ensure the right direction of the project,

• You will be part of each step of the project: 

  • Acquisition: site set-up and design support 

  • Construction: coordination of exterior parts (energy companies, contractors) and quality control (site visits and reporting) 

  • Delivery: Final set-up of the house (equipment installation, technical tests, etc.)

What we are looking for

• Entrepreneurial mindset

• You are looking for a 6 month internship near the end or after your studies

• You have an interest in design, construction, architecture and sustainability

• You are fluent in French, intermediate English (written and spoken) is a plus

• You are solution-oriented and eager to bring new ideas to challenge our product and organization
