We are looking for a motivated individual to join us in the first Product Management opening. You will be working hand in hand with our CTO in a highly exciting position, helping shape the future of our tech and applications used on a daily basis both by internal teams and by all our members.

The ideal candidate is a passionate tech builder, carefully tweaking products and features to drive maximum impact. The job will require getting your hands dirty through leading product discovery, and supporting product delivery by writing product specifications, testing new features, and documenting the most critical aspects of our product; all that in the fast-paced environment of a growing startup.

Your Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve customer experience and drive growth

• Translate product strategy into clear requirements

• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact

• Work closely with our developers to deliver quickly and efficiently

• Close the loop after feature launches through analytics and user interviews

• Create documentation and training documents for internal and external users

• Previous work experience in product management or as an associate product manager
• Track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web/mobile technologies
• Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
