• You will be in charge of buying and sourcing all of the furniture, fixtures and equipment for all new houses (orders, deliveries, set-up,…)
• You will allocate time to search for and create long term partnerships with sustainable and local suppliers
• You will negotiate the best prices, delivery fees and storage conditions with these suppliers
• You will follow-up on the production and purchases, from the quotes to the deliveries at our local storage facility or in the houses
• You will organize and coordinate the setup of the new houses in collaboration with the project manager and the stock manager.
• You will help to the creation of new processes to manage the stock and make sure we never miss an item

• You are extremely well organized
