**About our department **

You will be working with our Product Department, at our Headquarters in Brussels. Product Department is divided into 3 main teams :
- Product R&D
- Product Management
- Sourcing, Supply Chain and Procurement Support

**Your Missions **

• You will structure the Sourcing, Supply Chain and Procurement Support to achieve ambitious goals : processes, budget and reporting tools, HR organisation, onboardings worldwide…

• Analyzing the budget per city will be part of your job ; reporting those information making sure everything stays under control as well. This involved some Excel skills !

• You are in charge of global partnerships and our supplier strategy ; finding a great balance between short distribution circuits for sustainability and cost-efficiency /scalability

• You will negotiate the best prices, delivery fees, guarantees and storage conditions with our main suppliers and teach local procurement managers how to do a similar exercice

• You will support the procurement managers worldwide on several missions (planning, orders strategy, decoration & furniture sourcing, negotiation)

• You will make sure we can scale with items participating to our Cohabs branding

• You will support our Cities Managers worldwide - Be ready for Madrid, New York, Paris…

• You have minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain

• You are fluent in English (French is a huge plus, Spanish is a plus, any other language is appreciated)

• You have great Communication skills and you are not afraid to build processes from scratch
