What you’ll be doing:

Community Connector: Be the go-to person for our Milan community, helping residents connect and ensuring they feel at home from day one.

Customer Experience Champion: Handle every interaction with care and positivity, ensuring our members’ experience exceeds expectations.

Events Maestro: Plan and host community events—whether it’s an Italian cooking class, aperitivo night, or city exploration—that bring our members together and celebrate Milan’s culture.

Feedback Ambassador: Gather feedback from our members to continuously improve their experience and ensure we are meeting their needs.

Occupancy Manager: Keep our beautiful Milan homes fully occupied by managing inquiries, conducting tours, and approving lease applications.

Problem Solver: Work closely with our maintenance and operations teams to address any issues swiftly, ensuring our homes are always in top condition.

Relationship Builder: Forge partnerships with local businesses to provide exclusive perks and experiences to our members, enhancing their Milan lifestyle.

Community Builder: You have experience creating vibrant community initiatives, whether through events, online forums, or ambassador programs.

Communication Ace: Fluent in Italian and English, you communicate with confidence and charisma both online and in person.
