We currently own and manage over 1000 bedrooms spread between Brussels, New York, Paris and soon other European cities. In order to support our growth, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our projects in Paris.

Your Mission
● You will manage all our renovation projects in Paris, from permit to delivery.
● Your will be the AMO for all projects
● Your main objectives will be to:
▪ Deliver each house on time (permit + construction)
▪ Monitor and respect the budget (from 500K€ to 2M€ per project)
▪ Control the quality throughout the execution and deliver a product up to (and above)
Cohabs standards
● You will overview the permit process in collaboration with our local Architect
● You will negotiate the best prices and conditions with general contractors and suppliers. You
will challenge the offers and come with creative solutions to meet your budget.
● You will coordinate the different teams and actors and make sure everybody works in
perfect harmony.
● You will report directly to the City Manager and will help him grow our Paris team

Your Profile
● You have at least 5 years experience in Project Management of Real Estate construction projects
● People management is your strength and you are a team player
● You have a sensibility for design and sustainability. You can read technical and architecture
drawings.
● You are fluent in french & english
● You are solution-oriented and eager to bring new ideas to always challenge our product
● Real estate development, renovation experience and urbanism permits experiences are a
big plus
