The position
Job description
You will manage all our renovation projects in Madrid, from pricing to delivery.
Your main objectives will be to:
- Deliver each house on time (permit + construction)
- Monitor and respect the budget (from 600K€ to 2M€ per project)
- Control the quality throughout the execution and deliver a product up to (and above) Cohabs standards
You will overview the permit process in collaboration with our local Architect
You will negotiate the best prices and conditions with general contractors and suppliers. You will challenge the offers and come with creative solutions to meet your budget.
You will coordinate the different teams and actors and make sure everybody works in harmony.
You will report directly to the City Manager and will help grow our Madrid team
You will spend a couple of weeks at the HQ in Brussels to learn about the product
Preferred experience
- You are independent, reliable, and dependable
- People management is your strength and you are a team player
- You have at least 5 of experience in Project Management of Real Estate construction projects
- You have experience in projects in Madrid city
- You have worked on-site during construction directing the works
- You have a sensibility for design and sustainability.
- You can read technical and architecture drawings
- You are fluent in Spanish & English
- You are solution-oriented and eager to bring new ideas to challenge our product
