The position

Job description

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be taken to :

  • To combine sales techniques of a SaaS scale up with those of a digital consulting firm.
  • Work in collaboration with the Marketing & Business Development Representatives to target Cocolabs’ future clients.
  • Present our services, clarify our offer and confirm its adequacy to the needs of the customer with a posture of business expert.
  • Collaborate with the pre-sales team to define the key functionalities required by the client and the associated cost
  • Be responsible for the commercial and legal negotiations until the closing of your offers.
  • Exceed your objectives through participation in our Key Account sales strategy and the opening of new sectoral and geographical markets.
  • Participate in the improvement of our service marketplace technology and business expertise to enable our customers to meet the challenges of the service sector.

Our customers come from all over the world, so your tasks will be in French, English, and more if affinities.


Preferred experience

  • You are a graduate of a business or engineering school.
  • You have 3-6 years of successful experience in complex sales with high average shopping baskets and high level contacts.
  • You have an excellent command of French and English, a 3rd language is a plus.
  • You have a strong appetite for the e-commerce, digital transformation or consulting sector.
  • You are able to handle complex projects and negotiations involving many stakeholders and you have excellent analytical skills.
  • You like to question the status quo and propose new ways of doing things.
  • You enjoy working in a dynamic environment within a fast-growing start-up company
