The position

Job description

Context

Within the Brand, Product & Digital Marketing gMDT department, reporting to the Head of CRM, you will be in charge of enriching and optimizing automated lifecycles at a worldwide level.

Missions

Deployment of business and relational automated cycles

Analysis and optimization of existing automated cycles
Deploying new automated campaigns on different channels (emails, SMS, push notifications…)
Supporting and coordinating with different internal teams (Business units, data, e-commerce…) as well as external agencies (creative agencies, translators, HTML developers…)
Support to Business Units and countries

Coordinating the development of new dashboards in coordination with data teams to support Business Units
Sharing best practices among Business Units
Test and set up new tools to support countries with their business objectives (datacatching, contactability…)

Preferred experience

Profile requested

2-3 years of experience in CRM and/or Data
Master’s degree in Marketing/Digital marketing ; Business School’s degree
Analytic skills, confortable with data
Proactive and successful experiences in project management
Creative and passionate about digital
Strong curiosity
Fluent in English
Enthusiastic and open-minded person, you fit with Club Med values and are willing to actively take part to the team’s projects

Based in the Paris 19, La Villette headquarters
