Click&Boat, a division of Boats Group, LLC, is the leading European boat rental platform. Boats Group’s main goal is to get people on the water, and Click&Boat drives those efforts by making boating accessible around the world and providing private and professional boat owners with additional income from boat rentals.

Customer Service Representatives for our Click&Boat division will work in a collaborative environment, provide analysis and additional insight around goals, objectives, and trends. The responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. The Account Manager will be a member of the international Click&Boat team hailing from countries such as France, Italy, Croatia, Greece.

You will join the Customer Success team, a business unit composed of 10 people all throughout the year and supported by seasonal employees during the summer peak in activity. This role will report to the Customer Success Team Lead - International markets, and will work closely with colleagues supporting the Italian market. You will also work daily with the other business units of Click&Boat, especially the BU Finance, IT, Sales, and Account Management.

About The Role

As a Sales Concierge, you will be joining on the ground floor of a team that is aiming to grow to 100! You will take care of our clients - learning what their needs are, helping them secure the right boat, walking them through the booking process, and more! You will report to the US Sales Lead and will collaborate with the sales and account managers.

What You'll Do

● Take care of the US clients: understand their needs and follow them all along the booking process on to the closing. You will get a monthly sales objective to reach.
● Always on the lookout for the best matching offers for the clients and negotiate the best rates for our customers.
● Provide customers with all information related to their booking.
● Ensure full client satisfaction and customer loyalty. 
● Be a founding member of an international team and help lay the foundation for the US branch of this leading European company!

What You Should Have

● A year or so of experience in customer services and/or inside sales.
● Experience handling difficult situations by phone or email and stay calm in all circumstances.
● Proactive mindset with strong intellectual curiosity and the ability to help build the team and department.
● Excellent communicator with a strong focus on the customer.
● Experience with understanding customer requirements and finding solutions for the ultimate win-win situations.
● We are looking for a team player who inspires trust, is ready to take initiatives, excels at customer satisfaction, and is a problem solver.
