Job description

Missions
As a Country Opener you will be joining the Growth team, reporting directly to the Head of Sales.

Your mission will consist in:

  • Launch a strong campain in Benelux to reach as much prospects as possible. Here are some ideas to generate leads:

    • You can count on our tools in France and our french international clients
    • You will need to activate your networks
    • You will have to make sure CMC is part of the whole HR ecosystem (forums, conferences, events …)
  • Sign both Freemium (”get ChooseMyCompany Labels for free”) and Premium customers (paid subscription to SaaS software to get the label and analyze the results)
  • Convert Freemium customers to Premium by providing a complete and educational demonstration of ChooseMyCompany tools
  • Set the partnership with our media partner that will publish CMC studies and rankings

Career perspectives

  • Recruiting a full sales team for Benelux area
  • Managing the Benelux subsidiary

Preferred experience

Our dream candidate would fit the following criteria (and if you don’t, you should get in touch with us anyway):

  • You graduated from a business school and have a commercial experience (~ 3 years or more)
  • You have strong entrepreneurial skills - you already handled a project from A to Z and you are proud of it
  • You are fluent in english and french
