Concepteur-Rédacteur junior / Show Producer H/F

Chefclub est un studio de production et une marque de divertissement dans l’univers de la cuisine.
L’entreprise a été créée en 2016 par les frères Thomas, Jonathan et Axel Lang, avec pour mission de transformer la cuisine en un espace de partage et d’amusement à travers la création de contenus, de produits, de services inspirationnels et accessibles.

Son positionnement unique a fait de la marque un succès qui résonne bien au-delà de la sphère des aficionados. Afin d’embarquer TOUT le monde en cuisine, Chefclub a également développé pour les enfants un univers immersif et pédagogique mené par des personnages attachants. Chaque mois, près de 300 millions de spectateurs se retrouvent devant les émissions de cuisine de la marque, sur les réseaux sociaux et TVs connectées, en Europe et aux Etats-Unis principalement.

Le spécialiste de la recette vidéo produit et distribue 15 concepts innovants, allant du show végétarien à “l’upcycling”, en passant par la cuisine en pleine nature.

As a culinary show producer, you’ll work hand in hand with Adrien, the Executive Producer.

Your missions:

Monitoring:

• International monitoring on everything linked to the food media industry: be aware of every new food content that comes out (TV & digital)

• Feed the catalog every month with your ideas for new US shows: inspire yourself with your international monitoring to create a new concept with mechanics and editorial strategy

Experimenting:

• Prepare and shoot a pilot: theme, outline view, team and what will happen inside the video

• Showrunning: be there during the shooting to make sure everything goes the way it was planned

• Go through the rushes of our shows and script it all to create the final version: after the shooting, go through the video material to decide on what you want to keep and how you want to edit the final version

• Work with the production teams to put together the pilot (motion designer, editors…)

Feedback:

• Organize viewing sessions to get feedback and know where to go from there (validation or shooting again)

• You have experience in creating TV or digital shows: you know about how to create a concept with mechanics to entertain
• You are creative: always looking for new ideas and new inspirations, you think outside of the box and you’d like to experiment
• You are business oriented: you’ll need to understand Chefclub’s challenges, especially in terms of branding, to suggest relevant ideas
• You are a team player: you’ll have many people to collaborate with!
• You have a strong US culture
