Role Overview

We are seeking an entrepreneurial individual to scale our presence in Latin America and Spain. Our ideal candidate has the confidence and charisma to offer new and diverse technological solutions to HR decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, HR Directors) or HR services (recruitment, outsourcing, job boards, IT consulting, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting for new customers in Latin America and Spain.
• Identifying decision-makers and understanding their needs.
• Conducting negotiations and closing deals.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via telephone calls, video-conference and emails.
• Ensuring product promotion to our customers and increasing client base.
• Meeting monthly sales objectives.
• Following complete sales cycle and ensuring payment collection
• Collaborating with the Sales Manager and Marketing team by providing insights on HR-Tech trends to develop key partnerships (ATS, job boards, partner websites, etc.).
• Contributing to communication (social media, webinar, events, etc.).
• Contributing to market research.

Desired Skills and Experience

· Diploma / Degree in Sales or Business-related subjects

· Have at least one sales experience

· Proven aptitude for business development

· Sound acumen in Marketing

· Fluent in Spanish (native language or bilingual) and English (very good) or French (Good)

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Autonomous, responsible and ambitious
