The position

Job description

At Cardiologs, our mission is to democratize access to expert cardiac care through medical-grade artificial intelligence and cloud technology. Our flagship product, the Cardiologs Holter platform, is a leading software for the analysis of ambulatory ECG used to help diagnose over 1 million patients per year.

More recently, we launched a Remote Patient Monitoring solution in the US and in Europe, allowing patients to share their smartwatch ECGs with their physicians, who in turn use our cloud-based RPM platform to streamline ECG reviews.

We have an innovative, result-oriented work environment where we foster ambition and dedication while being mindful of our teammates’ work and achievements. We also nurture our company culture with monthly all-hands meetings and apéros, weekly yoga classes, and other fun activities.

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our design team. You will be hands-on, working on our full range of external and internal products (SaaS Platforms & mobile app). You will be part of the Product team (8 people) and report to the future Product Design Lead.

What you will do

You will:

  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to deliver a best-in-class medical user experience.
  • Drive exploratory user research with the goal of understanding user needs.
  • Make sense of complex information, user flows, and system architecture to deliver simple user experiences.
  • Drive multidisciplinary workshop sessions to ensure a seamless all-around experience.
  • Prototype various fidelity solutions and organize testing sessions to gather product feedback.
  • Clearly articulate your designs to the wider team (Designers, Product Managers, and Developers) in verbal and visual presentations.
  • Use and contribute to our Design System: Heartbeat.
  • Give input on the product roadmap and vision.
  • Mentor junior team members and cultivate the design team culture.
  • Assist in non-product-related design efforts (e.g. marketing, graphic support).

What we value

We value a positive mindset, collaboration, sense of ownership, transparency, the ability to embrace ambiguity, a talk-less-do-more attitude, and a sense of humor to enjoy ourselves along the way. If you identify with our values and want to contribute to our company, we’d love to have you in!

What we offer

  • Beautifully by-the-book startup offices in central Paris (we are in the 2nd arrondissement)
  • A respectful, fun, collaborative work environment
  • Weekly yoga classes
  • Mobility packages for public transportation and cycling benefits
  • Flexible WFO/WFH policy
  • Lunch vouchers (Swile card)
  • Daily fresh fruits and healthy (or not) snacks
  • Monthly apéros
  • Yearly team off-sites

Preferred experience

Who you are

  • You have 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
  • You have great communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • You are proactive, self-driven, and autonomous.
  • You have a strong interest in designing healthcare products.
  • You are fluent in English and French (you will work closely with English native speakers).
