Cardif distributes its insurance products (Savings and Protection) through the network of its partners (Retailers, Banks & Financial Institutions, facility companies…). BNP Paribas Cardif is located in 36 countries all over the world.

For our IT Shared Service Center (SSC), which is in charge of managing all mutualized IT activities (Business applications, production monitoring, and project management) of served countries is growing rapidly in Prague, we are looking for Senior Solution Analyst who will help to deliver Digital tools in the region.

This role covers following activities

  • Facilitate negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders in order to find and standardise common business processes.
  • Understand the needs of multiple stakeholders.
  • Create, analyse and validate detailed functional specifications.
  • Drive the sessions with implementation team to define the optimal solution to business needs.
  • Grasp the vision and functional scope of entrusted applications in order to be able to contribute to their long term evolution.
  • Deliver elements of system design as business rules, wireframes for UI, data migration rules, UAT test or other SDLC deliverables.
  • Follow Cardif methodology of development, system integration and implementation of new applications.

Your profile

  • 3+ yr experience on similar roles
  • Experience in SW development
  • Fluent English spoken and written (C1)
  • Out off the box thinking for inovative ideas during solution design
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills capable to challenge status-quo
  • Independent with focus on delivery
  • Master the complexity and able to find simple and clever solutions
  • Autonomous in the execution of tasks with great sense of ownership, yet a good team player.
  • Goal oriented personality capable of managing complex tasks
  • Knowledge of insurance business processess is an advantage
