In the Czech Republic, we have two divisions – Cardif Pojišťovna and Cardif Services, which primarily focuses on the development of key software for insurance companies within continental Europe. Other services such as development and valuation of insurance products, operations, HR, optimization and unification of processes or management accounting are an integral part.

We are looking for Customer Service Specilist with German who will be responsible for registration of entrusted claims for our customers.

This role covers following activities

  • Registration of entrusted claims according to the division in the system, or instructions of the superior or methodology
  • Claim handling of entrusted claims according to the division in the system, or instructions of the superior or methodology
  • Cooperation with partners in the matter of data exchange to ensure the process of insurance about claim (insurance verification of client).
  • Responsibility for the correct amount of insurance indemnity within the limit according to the claim adjuster role in system (junior, senior)
  • Communication with policyholders, policyholders and third parties (service doctors, Police of the Czech Republic, courts, notaries and medical facilities, services, etc.)
  • Cooperation with partners in the matter of data exchange to ensure the process of insurance claims (extracts, reports, non-standard cases).
  • Cooperation with other departments of the company.
  • Answers of incoming request (e-mails, incoming calls) from customers.

Your profile

  • Similar previous experience in communication with customers, ideally from insurance, finance or banking environment
  • Fluent German, spoken and written (min. level C1)
  • Advanced English or Czech language (min B2 level)
  • Attention to details, solution oriented
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
