You belong to the People team, composed of 9 people including the Chief People Officer, a People Ops manager, a Talent Animation Manager, our Office and HR managers in Paris, Utrecht & Tangier and a Talent Acquisition manager, who will become your peers on the Product & Engineering side. You report directly to the Chief People Officer.
Our team has evolved a lot and is remote by design, being located in various countries (France, Netherlands, Morocco, UK, Canada…). Our employees are our customers. You will be responsible for the Go-To-Market and Support functions (Marketing, Business Development, Strategy, Finances, Legal, Content).
As People Business Partner (PBP) or HR Business Partner, you are responsible for our Talents fulfillment & retention such as cascading the strategy and supporting its implementation. You are the go-to-person for managing the full life-cycle of the employees from pre-onboarding (recruitment) to off-boarding.
Within the support of the People team that operates as your suppliers, you will be responsible for rolling-out the People Agenda, being a trusted advisor for the leaders in your scope and ensuring a great employee experience. You will be reporting to the Chief People Officer.
You will be responsible for supporting the managers and around 70 employees and their managers in various teams and countries/locations. As a People BP, we expect you to challenge and support the leaders on their needs and on the organization of their team, while taking into account the overall business challenges and goals.
1. Recruitment, pre-onboarding & onboarding: You define the needs and ideal profil with the team leaders, source and hire the right candidates to staff the teams, by addressing the market in the right way. Once with us, you are responsible for the integration of our new Talents. You will then partner with the different stakeholders to enable them to be in the best place to perform their job.
2. Ensure communication and wellbeing, be a sensor and a contact point for every employee during their journey at Cafeyn Group.
You coordinate and answer the teams’ questions regarding the People topics, by gathering the teams every two weeks to hear and then answer all the questions they may have (internal policies, career path, compensation topics, strategy…). You support our managers and Talents on a daily basis to ensure their development and well-being at all stages during their journey (regular meeting to ensure the coverage and ad-hoc meetings when needed)
3. Work on Talent retention and contribute to developing L&D projects in partnership with the Chief People Officer.
