You have a strong understanding of your client’s business, industry & short term / long term needs You have a solid knowledge of traditional and digital landscape and understand the business implications of Social Media, Influence, SEO/SEA, CRM… You create big ideas, brand architecture/positioning and value propositions You develop strategic recommendations in line with the vision of the brand You provide clear, compelling creative direction through succinct creative brief writing You monitor social and cultural trends to uncover their impact on consumers’ attitudes and behaviours for our clients business. You develop, request and coordinate research projects, as needed You work hand in hand with our Consumer Insight & Media Amplification teams. You are an invaluable and proactive partner to your Account Directors and above You have strong & constructive day-to-day relationship with the Creative Director and Creative Teams You participate in developing new business or supporting new business efforts You potentially lead and grow other strategic planners

You are a digital native with significant experience in advertising or digital agencies (+5 years)
