Reporting directly to the COO, you will be working jointly with the business director for our biggest client to drive the delivery of more than $10M in projects. You will:

• Set the strategic direction for delivery management
• Design and implement standards, processes and methodologies
• Manage and grow a team of a dozen PMs and PDs
• Assign projects and delivery missions to the delivery team members in a way that leverage their individual skillset and experience the best possible way
• Represent the delivery team within the business and ensure their views are made clear to the executive management team
• Ensure your team is aligned and function smoothly together as well as with their account management counterparts.
• Be the face of delivery to our clients, and help them shape the scope of work before it reaches your team
• Consult with your clients on project governance, and help them with their internal priotization and buy-in strategies

Must-haves:

• proven ability to successfully deliver large projects/programmes (10+ team members, $5M+ revenue)
• strong consulting skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and all parts of the agency
• great ability to articulate project management methodologies, both official and realistic
• deep understanding of what makes typical client stakeholders tick (marketing, IT, legal, VPs)
• prior experience in working with clients having global HQ/local markets dynamics
• extensive knowledge of agency creation workflows (pitches, strategy, creative concepting)
• extensive knowledge of how most digital deliverables are produced (campaign assets, social assets, banners, simple websites, etc.)
• good knowledge of platform project workflows (IA, UX, design, development, QA, maintenance…)
• excellent organizational skills, autonomy, and reporting capabilities
• excellent interpersonal skills
• native or strongly fluent English speaker
