As an Operations Coordinator intern, you will report directly to the Operations Team Leader, Head of Customer Success and the founders.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Operations Coordinator Intern, you will have the mission to help us manage the growth of our internal processes and procedures and master our data. Your performance will have a significant impact on the development speed of bsport. Your missions will include:

• Carrying out data analysis in tools such as Excel, Google Data Studio, Hubspot, and more
• Presenting your Analysis to C-level executives.
• Discover new opportunities for process improvement
• Assist Operation Managers in carrying out long-term projects
• Working cross-functionally with sales, customer service, and engineering teams.
• Creating dashboards and other tools that managers rely on.
• The ability to communicate and document your procedures/instructions clearly so that others can replicate your processes

*Languages

• Fluent in English
• Skills in other languages such as french, dutch and others are a plus

*Skills & Values

• Proficient level of English
• Other Language Skills are a plus, especially French or Spanish
• Passion for data and numbers
• Intermediate to advance understanding of excel and formulas
• Engineering, Finance or Accounting studies or previous experience with data will be highly considered
• Tech-savvy and a strong interest in the tech environment
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Someone who likes to be challenged and learn new things
• Enthusiastic and passionate
• Last year of a Master’s program is desirable but not required
• 6-month commitment

*Previous experiences

• Experience in a similar Operations role is a plus
• Familiarity with our industry is a plus
