Business acountabilities

Building the platform for communication, visibility and availability within the outlets of given region
Manage the distribution of company brands within Slovak market to ensure that availability is maximized in line with brand strategy
Strategies and the needs of the market by trade channel and outlet type.
Implement cycle marketing activities and promotion programs to achieve the highest availability, visibility and sales
Enhance performance for the key strategic brands (multicategory) throughout whole SK by combining trade marketing tools and drive of own team
Manage the implementation of in-store marketing and promotion in the Independent as well as dedicated Key Account dept to achieve brand, volume and share objectives and targets
Manage and control the usage of financial accounts and assets to ensure that trade marketing resources are secure and used in the most efficient and effective manner possible
Manage an efficient and effective area trade marketing and distribution team through on-the-job coaching, training, motivation and staff development in order that trade marketing and distribution representation is superior to the competition in respect of both core and added value services
Develop and implement an area marketing and distribution plan which meets the objectives of the national marketing and distribution plan and is in line with brand
Analyzing results of own region – CRM data, sales data
Establish close working relationships with the other departments to gain high level of trade support and loyalty whilst enhancing understanding of the trading environment
Keep Representatives fully informed of objectives, progress and future action plan in order that effective planning and in-market activities can be implemented
Provide trade marketing and distribution information and reports on performance and accounts to ensure that the National Sales Manager and others
Provide inspiration, ideas, innovations and ways of solutions, which will contribute to more effective and efficient processes within the whole company strategy

Preferred experience

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Approx. 3 years’ experience in a FMCG company at a territory representative level or 1-2 years in similar role
Slovak and English fluently
Agility and change management
Experience in people management /Team leadership skills (currently 6 subordinates)
Good written & verbal communication skills / Negotiating skills
Good presentation and facilitation skills
Computer literacy (MS office, especially MS Excel etc.).
Strong analytical skills
Knowledge and understanding of trade and marketing principles and approaches
Ability to develop strategies and translate them into clear action plans
Open for changes and challenges to drive business
Driving license Mobility (traveling across the country, regular meetings in BTA)
